Welcome to NazKing.com (“the Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Nkademy Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), under which Naz King operates as a Life & Business Master Coach and NLP Master Practitioner.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this Site and any 1:1 coaching services, digital products, or related content you access through it.

By using this Site, booking a call, applying for coaching, or purchasing any service via NazKing.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

NazKing.com is the personal and professional website of Naz King, who offers online-only Life & Business Coaching.

NazKing.com is operated by Nkademy Ltd, which is the legal business entity behind:

  • NazKing.com – focused on private 1:1 Life & Business Coaching for clients
  • Nkademy.com – a separate learning platform focused on educational resources and training for coaches

Throughout these Terms:

  • “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Nkademy Ltd (the company)
  • “Naz King” refers to the individual coach working under Nkademy Ltd
  • “You” and “your” refer to users of the Site and/or clients of our services

All 1:1 coaching services provided via NazKing.com are delivered online only, typically via video call.

By using this Site and/or working with us, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, and
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and
  • You are using the Site and services for lawful purposes only.

We reserve the right to decline or terminate coaching with any person if we believe the services are not an appropriate fit or if these Terms are breached.

  1. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that supports you in clarifying your goals, exploring options, developing strategies, and making changes in your life and/or business.

You understand and agree that:

  • Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry, psychology, medical treatment, or financial/legal advice.
  • Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions, illnesses, or medical issues.
  • Nothing on this Site or in any session should be interpreted as medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other regulated professional advice.

You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, results, and wellbeing. Where appropriate, you agree to seek support from qualified professionals (such as a GP, therapist, psychiatrist, financial advisor, accountant, or lawyer).

If we believe your needs fall outside the appropriate scope of coaching, we may recommend that you seek additional or alternative support and may decline or discontinue coaching.

  1. No Guarantees

We aim to provide high-quality coaching and support; however, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

You understand and agree that:

  • Your progress and results depend on many factors, including your own engagement, honesty, actions, and life/business circumstances.
  • We make no promises or guarantees regarding specific results in your life, career, health, relationships, business, or finances.
  • Any examples, testimonials, or case studies on this Site represent experiences of individual clients and do not guarantee similar results for you.
  1. Coaching Format, Programs & Sessions

All coaching services under NazKing.com are delivered online only.

  • Sessions are usually conducted via a video platform (such as Zoom), or an agreed equivalent.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a private environment for sessions.

Programs may include, for example:

  • 6-week intensive programs with weekly 1:1 sessions
  • 12-week transformation programs with weekly 1:1 sessions
  • Longer-term mentoring (e.g., 12-month containers) with two sessions per month

Exact details of each program (duration, frequency, format, and fees) will be clearly explained before you commit. We reserve the right to update or adjust program structures and offerings. Any changes to a program you have already purchased will be discussed with you.

  1. Payments & Fees

Fees for coaching services are communicated clearly before you book.

By purchasing a service, you agree that:

  • Fees are payable in advance or according to an agreed payment plan.
  • Your place in a program is only confirmed once payment (or the first instalment) has been received.
  • Payment methods (such as bank transfer, card payment, or secure payment link) will be specified during onboarding.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time for future clients or future programs. Any existing agreement with you will not be changed without your consent.

  1. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

We aim to respect both your time and ours.

Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule a session, you must give at least [insert notice period – e.g. 24 or 48 hours] notice.
  • We will do our best to find another time within your program period.

Late cancellations & no-shows:

  • Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice or not attended (no-show) may be treated as used and non-refundable, except in genuine emergencies.
  • Persistent late cancellations or missed sessions may, at our discretion, lead to termination of the coaching relationship.

Program cancellations / refunds:

  • Because coaching is a time-based, personalised service, refunds are generally not provided once a program has started.
  • In exceptional circumstances, Nkademy Ltd may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial credit or alternative arrangement, but is not obliged to do so.

Any specific cancellation, rescheduling, or refund terms agreed with you in writing (email, contract, or proposal) will override this general section.

  1. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat your information with care.

Nkademy Ltd, operating as Naz King, agrees to keep the content of coaching sessions confidential, with the following exceptions:

  • Where you give explicit permission to share information (e.g., a testimonial).
  • Where we are legally required to disclose information.
  • Where we believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, in line with safeguarding and ethical obligations.

We may discuss aspects of our work in supervision or professional development contexts, but in such cases, identifying details will be removed or anonymised as far as reasonably possible.

Please note:

  • Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in the same way as legal or medical privilege.
  • We cannot control the security of third-party platforms (email, video platforms, messaging tools) and recommend you take your own steps to protect your privacy.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on NazKing.com and any materials shared with you through coaching (including text, branding, graphics, tools, frameworks, worksheets, and audio or video content) are owned by Nkademy Ltd or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly share our content without written permission.
  • Use any coaching materials or frameworks for teaching, training, or coaching others for commercial purposes, unless explicitly authorised in a separate written agreement.

You may use any personal exercises or worksheets provided for your own individual development only.

You agree to use NazKing.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that:

  • Does not infringe the rights of others
  • Does not restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site
  • Does not introduce malicious software or harmful code
